Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 1 June 2025 will receive a full refund less € 10,- administration fee.
No refunds are granted after 1 June 2025 (in extra-ordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation)
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

All refunds will be made after 11 July 2025.

We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.
